We didn’t plan on becoming business partners—but when complementary strengths, shared values, and similar mindsets aligned, teaming up just made sense.
Jaime: I met my business partner, Michele, at a time when I’d hit a glass ceiling as an accountant. My job paid the bills, but deep down, I wanted more than just financial security—I wanted purpose. I wanted to challenge myself, grow, and live up to my fullest potential.
Michele and I met through 4-H, a youth program that teaches kids the values of caring for animals. She chaired the horse advisory while I ran the communications program, coaching kids to gain confidence in speaking at the County, State and National level. We connected right away through our shared passion for animals.

Michele sold us our home, and I was blown away by her work ethic. I knew she was a top-producing agent, and I could see why—she was intelligent, strategic, and committed to her clients. During one of our conversations, I mentioned that I was craving a change, and she invited me to join her brokerage, offering to mentor me as I started a new career in real estate.
I didn’t say yes right away. I told myself I was too busy to make such a big switch. My three kids—Charlotte, Sydney, and Abigail—were entering their teen years. Our home was buzzing with life thanks to our pigs, horses, goats, chickens, dogs, and cats. I was simply too busy…or at least that’s what I told myself.
One day, after yet another rant about me changing careers, my husband Billy had had enough. “You keep talking about this,” he said, “but you’re not doing anything about it.” He wasn’t wrong. Then he grabbed his phone and said, “I’m signing you up for real estate classes right now.”
Thank God for spouses. That not-so-gentle push set me on an entirely new path—one that led me to a career I love and a dream partnership with one of the most professional real estate agents in our industry.

Michele: When I met Jaime, I’d already been flipping homes and selling real estate for more than twenty years. I moved from California to Oregon in 1999 and quickly felt at home here, especially within the horse world. I got my principal broker's license, started a team and was confident in my ability to mentor new agents.
When Jaime expressed an interest in becoming a realtor, I was thrilled. I knew she’d make a fantastic agent, and I was eager to help her learn the ropes. But as we began working together, I realized I didn’t just want to mentor her—I wanted to partner with her. Jaime is tech-savvy, compassionate, and has a natural ability to listen and connect. We’re both go-getters who set clear goals and go after them relentlessly.
In my case, that mindset comes from my background in sports. In my 20s, I was a professional ice skater, performing in shows across Japan, Australia, South Africa, and beyond. I later coached skaters and managed an ice rink, but eventually, I realized I wanted more than skating—I wanted to discover what else I could do.

So, I pivoted. I opened a flower shop in Beverly Hills that grew into a chain of five stores. I had a natural taste for interior design, which I put into use, but the experience also taught me how to run and scale a business. My approach has always been simple: visualize your goal, take deliberate steps, and learn along the way, without taking your eyes off the prize. I tried things, and if they worked, I kept doing them. If they didn’t, I stopped and tried something else.
When I eventually moved to Oregon, I focused on real estate full-time, combining my love for design and business. Many years later, I’m still here, with my husband, Kevin, and our dogs and cats, while my son, Jason is currently a Sophomore at GCU.
With Jaime as my real estate partner, I’m excited for what’s ahead. Together, we empower each other and take customer service to an entirely new level for our clients.
As a team, we bring a blend of creativity, strategy, and community connections that give our clients an edge. Between the two of us, we have a vast network and deep roots in the community, which means we’re constantly talking to people and promoting properties through word of mouth—often helping homes sell faster. Michele’s 35 years of experience, our status as top producers and memberships in the multimillion-dollar club provide direct access to other top agents, which accelerates sales and uncovers exceptional opportunities for buyers.
With two agents working together, clients benefit from dual perspectives, collaborative strategies, and twice the availability. If one of us is busy, the other steps in seamlessly. We share a
passion for marketing and go beyond traditional methods like listings and social media. We use creative, very out-of-the-box approaches to attract buyers and make properties stand out. While it takes other agents months to maybe make a sale, we get the job done in weeks.
Most importantly, we treat our clients like family, even after the deal closes.
Sincerely,
Michele Bundy Jaime Hudson
